Chapter 37

Khushi finished her work and arshi and Roniee set to drive to the college. After dropping off them they straight away went to Raizada Mansion.

Arnav and Ronit made themselves comfortable in the living area.

Arnav: Ronit if u r ok can I do some of my work.

Ronit: sure jiju.. Y not..

Arnav: actually I want to finish my work before khushi comes.

Ronit: I know.

Arnav started with his work while they both were chatting in between.

Ronit: jiju, y u dnt agree to get marry this year. Like Khushi wud be completing her first year.

Arnav: Ronit I too want get marry as early as I can. Now I dnt even want to spend a single second without her but you know for this I can't crush her dreams, her passion. No doubt I can start her production house but I know khushi won't like it from bottom of her heart. She always wanted to do on her own.

Ronit: but what about u?

Arnav: ronit I am happy when my khushi is happy. I know her, she wud even be happy after marriage but not from core of her heart and I promised her that I will fulfil all her wishes and dreams and At the start of our married life I am actually choosing my happiness over her dreams.

Ronit smiled listening to Arnav.

Ronit: I dnt think there is any other lucky girl in this world than my sweet sister.

Arnav smiled at his compliment.

Arnav: well there is one...

Ronit looked at him questioningly.

Arnav: who would be your soulmate.

Ronit smiled as soon as his soulmate word strikes his ears and God knows why Annie's smiling face came to her imagination and he dreams about her beauty.

Arnav: looks like someone has already chosen his soulmate.

This brings Ronit back to the present world and he smiled at his thoughts as well as confused too...

Ronit: hahhaa not really jiju.

Arnav: ahem ahem.. Not really means??

Ronit: I mean...

Arnav: looks like u like her but dnt realize ur love yet.

Ronit: ohh no jiju its nothing like that.

Arnav chuckled at his confused reply.

Arnav: ahhaha its okk.. You would realize soon..

( they both smiled for unaware that the lucky girl would be none other than Arnav's princess and Ronit's angel)

Arnav: Ronit when are u planning to get into business completely.

Ronit: unmm jiju very soon. Right now I am helping Dad but soon I would join business and manage it.

Arnav: good.. But y not till now?

Ronit: ummm jiju I dnt know much about managing and I dnt have any experience.

Arnav: bro we are not born with experince in our resume. I know u possess great skilks. And above all u have papa, akash jiju and me too for any help. You can take guidance from us.

Ronit: thanks jiju.

Arnav: its high time now you step into it.

Ronit: hmm

Arnav: well y dnt u help me out in my business for couple of months.

Ronit: Sure I would be more than happy to assist u.

Arnav: nice.... I would also enjoy ur company.

Ronit: Nd I would get a lot to learn from you.

They both smiled.

Soon Ronit realized the time.

Ronit: ummm jiju u can finish with your call, I would go and pick them up.

Arnav: ummm no wait. I would come with u. I am done with my work.

Annie and Khushi finished of their work but today they were not happy but sad due to some reason.

Khushi: Annie plzzz dnt tell Arnav or Ronit know about all this.

Annie: but khushi v shud tell them now. It is getting more and more serious.

Khushi: princess u know them, they would beat them to hell.

Voice: what's the problem.?

They both turned around hearing a known voice and surprised to see Arnav and Ronit there.

Khushi immediately tried to hide something in her hands which dnt go unnoticed by Arnav.

Arnav: what happen khushi, annie.

Annie: bhai that...

Khushi: nothing ... Nothing... She eyes annie pleading her not to tell them anything.

Arnav: khushi what r u hiding.?

Khushi: nothing...

Lets go home.

Arnav gave her a suspecting look making khushi more tensed.

While sitting back in car Arnav could clearly sense the tensed face of Annie and khushi and he even observed fear in her eyes.

Soon they reached home and went to living area.

Ronit: khushi, annie tell us now what were u talking about.

Khushi: umm we were talking about our assignments.

Arnav: ohhh by beating them to hell.

Khushi: no... No we were not saying this.

Ronit: khushi....

Khushi: its nothing like that.

Ronit: then y r u trembling with fear.

Khushi: no ... No.. Its not like that.

Arnav: princess tell me what happen? Tell the truth now...

Annie looked at khushi, khushi is signalling her not to tell anything.

Arnav: princess...

Annie: bhai... Bhai.. That...

Khushi: nothing... Nothing.. Right Annie.

Arnav looked towards khushi. She immediately bent her eyes not facing him as she knows she is telling lie. This was enough for him to know. He get hold of khushi's hand nd took her with him.

Arnav: excuse us...

They went in to the room and locked the door.

Arnav turned around to find khushi standing there and trembling with fear.

Arnav went near her and hold her hands in his.

Arnav: baby.... I know u r hiding something from me. Won't u tell me what is bothering u.

Khushi: its nothing like that.

Arnav: baby plz dnt lie.... Tell me plzz.

Khushi: Arnav...

Arnav: no more excuses khushi. We are soulmates and u dnt feel liking sharing ur problems with me..

He gently cupped her face and kiss her forehead to ease her up.

This was more than enough for her to loose it and she immediately hugged him tightly and strted crying her heart out.

In Hall.

Ronit turned Annie towards him.

Ronit: Annie tell me what happen.

Annie: Ronit , tht...

Ronit: say na Annie.

Annie also hugged him tightly.

In Arnav's room.

Khushi: Arnavji in campus there are some Indian guys who are teasing us and even sending us illegimate notes and some time.

Arnav is already red in anger.

Khushi: sometimes they block our way and say rubbish to us.

Arnav: what??? How long this had been.

Khushi: since from the start.

Arnav: nd u r telling me now??? Wht the.

Arnav: show me the note they gave u today.

Khushi slowly took out the note from her pocket and her trembling hands gave the note to me.

Arnav opened the note and as soon as he read it his eyes popped out with anger, anger on those boys but more on khushi for hiding it from him.

" Hey baby, Wanna have some passionate moments with us tonight. Come in to the republic club. We'll have some fun time and then we all boys would love to give you some pleasurable time to your s**y body.. We'll be waiting."

Arnav threw the note on ground with anger.

Arnav: What the hell is this khushi. Are u out of ur senses.

Khushi: Arnav, listen to me.

Arnav: What should I listen to u? Khushi you din't even care to tell me about it dammit.

Khushi: Arnav I am sorry.(Crying badly) but trust me I want to but I felt that you would leave me and will not trust me. I am sorry Arnav.I am sorry.

Arnav hold her by her shoulder: Not trust u. How can u even think like this khushi.?

Khushi just broke down and fell in his embrace.

Arnav knew that khushi is to some extent right. She has fear of loosing him but still he is hurt that she dnt told her this thing at first place.

Ronit and Annie after listening to the high voice of Arnav came in to their room. Annie's eyes were red for crying and she was holding Ronit's hand for support. Ronit very well knew Arnav's anger holded her hand tightly giving her support but he too was hurt as none of them told him about this.

Annie: Bhai!!

Arnav: Why you dnt tell me Annie? I asked you so many times that Are you both facing any trouble in the college. But..

Khushi: Arnav please don't say anything to her, She wants to tell you but I always stopped her thinking that We would handle it and

Arnav: Yae I could see very well how good you handle it Khushi.

Khushi: Arnav please.

Arnav at once signalled her to stop by raising his hand.

Annie: Bhai..

Arnav: We are going back to India soon. I would book the tickets for day after tomorrow.

Khushi: but.

Arnav:I would talk to your HOD(Head of Department) and moreover you guys will be going to india after 2 weeks for your assignment so we are going early.

Annie: Bhai..

Arnav: thats final. Ronit, what you say?

Ronit is also angry but he knows what Arnav would do will be the best for all.

Ronit: I don't have any issues with it jiju. What ever you feel good.

Khushi: Arnav listen to m..

Arnav: I would talk with maum and dad and ma and papa too..

Annie: Bhai but..

Arnav: Anaya go to ur room and start your packing.

Annie: Bhai plzz.

Arnav: (Shouted) I said go to ur room and finish up ur packing.

Annie is all afraid now with his behavior. She turned and went to her room silently.

Arnav looked towards with pleading eyes to take care of Annie.

Ronit: I would go and check on her.

Arnav nodded in affirmation and soon Ronit went out closing the door leaving Arshi back in room.

Khushi moved towards Arnav.

Khushi: Arnav, do u trust me?

Arnav:....

Khushi: Arnav plzzz say something..(Crying)

Arnav could no longer see her crying. he know she is completely broken now. He immediately turned around and hugged her tightly consoling her.

Arnav: khushi I trust u completely.

Khushi: Arnav believe me, we never did anything. Those boys are behind us from starting.

Arnav: I know baby, I trust u but why dint you told me about this before.

Khushi: I am sorry Arnav, I dnt want to loose you. I am sorry.

Arnav: Khushi I share all my feelings with you, but today you made me realize what I meant to you.

Khushi: please Arnav don't say like that. please...

Arnav: What else should I say. I never thought that you would hide something so big from me.

Khushi:...

Arnav: you even have any idea what could be the extreme's of this on you both. Have u ever thought what would have happened to me, maum dad, ma papa and Ronit if anything happens to u both. Did you see what those guys have written on note. How could u be so careless Khushi.

Khushi: Arnav..

Arnav: Khushi I gave u the responsibility of Annie thinking that you can handle her as well as manage urself too but today...

Khushi:..

Arnav: (Choked) You hurted me a lot today khushi...

Khushi: Arnav I am sorry. Please forgive me, this won't happen in future ever. Please I m sorry.

Arnav stayed quite for some time.

Arnav: Start your packing. we are going to India.

Khushi looked into his eyes as if seeking forgiveness but unfortunately she only ended up seeing Anger and pain in his eyes. She had silent tears flowing from her eyes seeing how big blunder she had done today.

Khushi stayed there for some time looking towards him but to no use as Arnav was completely ignoring him and not even looking towards her.
