Chapter 26

Arnav and khushi came down in living area and finds Ronit and Annie sitting together and laughing. Arnav is so happy to see Annie happy and cheerful. He thanked Ronit from his heart for bringing smile on her face.

Arnav: ronit, princess lets go.

Annie: yae bhai lets go...

The four headed towards the car. Khushi and arnav at front and annie and ronit were seating at the back seat.

Ronit: jiju u knw I never liked tears in the eyes of khushi. But now when she is sad because you are going back, i feel happy as she is so lucky to have trur love like u with her. Thanks jiju.

Arnav: thnx roni. I am also lucky to have khushi in my life. And dnt worry, u wnt see any tears in her eyes in future too. Even now Khushi promised me that she won't cry after I am not here. Right khushi?

He looked at Khushi for confirmation. Khushi passed a slight smile and nodded head as confirmation.

Arnav passed her his ever killing smile.

Arnav: and princess....

Annie: dnt worry bhai I understand. And i would take care of my dearest bhabhi too..

Arnav is pleased to see his childish sister grown up and talking so maturely.

Ronit: dnt worry jiju, i am always there for them.

Arnav expressed his thank you gesture to Ronit.

After driving for some more time they reached Airport.

Ronit and Arnav had a brotherly hug.

Ronit: dnt worry jiju i wud take care if both of them.

Arnav smiled and thanked him.

Arnav: we wud be in contact daily. Feel free to call me any time.

Ronit nodded in confirmation.

Next Arnav went towards Annie and hugged her tightly.

Arnav: princess, take care of yourself. Have proper diet and study hard. And if there is any problem just call me immediately.

Annie: sure bhai.

Arnav: dnt be sad plzzz.

Annie: its okk bhai I understand and dnt worry I wud take care of Khushi too.

Arnav smiled at her and moved towards khushi who was standing at a little side with glassy eyes trying to hide her tears behind her fake smile but she doesn't knw that she can't hide it from her Arnav.

Arnav came towards khushi and holded her hand.

Arnav: baby dnt forget your promise.

Khushi: i won't arnavji. You also dnt forget it.

Arnav could sense khushi's mood and decided to hug her as the best way to relax her.

Arnav immediately embraced her in his arms to give her comfort and warmth.

Khushi also responded to his hug. They both remained in hug for some time and then Arnav gently kissed her cheeks not letting and anyone know.

Arnav: I luv u alot...

Khushi: I luv u too.

They both parted and passed a smilr to each other an then hand in hand moved towards the counter.

After checkin and bidding final good bie to everyone Arnav moved in.

Khushi stayed strong and smiling infront of Arnav but as soon as he went she broke down and as a lifeless body started moving towards car.

Ronit and Annie aware of her condition moved with her and the three set drive to Raizada mansion on khushi's request.

After reaching Raizada mansion khushi gained couraged and instructed the cooks about the dinner. Later she without saying a word went to Arnav's room or actually their room. She scooped and and locked the door after getting in. Unable to control more she burst out crying her heart out. She feels incomplete today again. She has no courage to be any more strong. This fact was not unobserved by annie and Ronit who were standing in hallway observing the whole scene. Annie at last gained courage to go up to her but was stopped by Ronit.

Ronit: let her be alone for some time. She would be ok.

Annie: but Roni, she is crying.

Ronit had teary eyes but he managed himself to be strong.

Ronit: its okk. We wud go to her after some time.

After saying this they went into the hallway. There is ultimate silence in the house. Ronit and Annie are too sad from inside but controlled themself. Silently sitting they are thinking of ways to cheer their Khushi.

In room khushi is looking around the room and missing all the time they had spent together. How she missed her love, her life. Finally she remembers her promise to Arnav and gained herself up and started arranging the room just as Arnav liked.

After some time she managed to go down to hallway. The day went all well and hard for all specially for Arnav and khushi. They were missing each other so badly. Arnav all the way back home in his flight is thinking about his doll. He knows no doubt she promised him not to cry but still she wud have. He so dearly miss her and wants her to be next to him at all times but finally he composed himself thinking that the day would come soon when she would be all his. In his only thoughts the only words he whispered were: VERY SOON.

After reaching home the first thing Arnav did was to have a video conference with khushi.

Khushi also made herself well of trying yo hide her tears but unknown of the fact that she can't hide anything from him. Her swollen red eyes because of crying most of the time say millions of her feelings.

Arnav: hello doll. Hows u being.

Khushi: I am good Arnavji. How are you? How was your flight? Did u had ur medicines? Was your journey tiring?

Arnav: oh God. Stop stop baby. So many ques at same time.

Khushi passed a gentle smile. Aww how good it was to see her smiling almost after 2 days.

After talking for a while now Arnav coudn't control anymore. He finally decided to talk to khushi.

Arnav: baby u had been crying all the time na.

Khushi...... ( she can't lie to him)

Arnav: doll y r u doing like this. You knw na that I can bear anything but not your tears. For me you are the first priority. If you would cry like this and not have your food properly than how can I stay here.

Khushi looked at him with questioning eyes.

Arnav: yes, Ronit messaged me that you had not been having proper food and is crying. Baby please try to understand. I never wanted to leave you. Its just a very important deal that i have to make. And the clients are our oldest one's and they are huge turnover for our company. I promise that as soon as I am done with this deal I would come to you. I promise. Please don't make it hard for me.

Khushi: a small tear escaped from her eyes.

Arnavji, I am sorry.

Arnav: jaan dnt be sorry. I knw you. Plzzz will you now be happy and have proper food.

Khushi: hmm..

Arnav: and doll y dnt u finish up all ur assignments and project now in this time so when we would come then we can spend more time together.

Khushi: yes I will..

Arnav: thats like my baby. Love u.

Khushi: love u too....

They chatted for few hours and then both dozed to peaceful sleep.
