Chapter 35

Arnav and khushi reached home to find their families having some fun time together.

Akanksha: oh here they come.

Anaya: so bhai had u finish with ur important talk. ( teasingly)

All the members were hiding their smile.

Arnav: princess....

Annie: oh cmon bhai.. We all know ur important talks... I had been with u guys since beginnng.

Khushi: annie....

Annie laughed wickedly. Soon Arnav and khushi made themselves comfortable.

Ranvir: beta I was discussing with Shashi ji about the marriage.

Akansha: I am so eagerly waiting now for khushi to come home now as my bahu and I give all my responsibilities to all.

Arnav and khushi looked at each other. Khushi knew tht once she get married she won't be able to continue her second year for sure and thats the reason Arnav looked in eyes of khushi clearly seeing her dielmna.

Arnav: maum....

Garima: I can't believe that khushi was so small and soon she got so big to get married.

Shashi: true garima.

Ranvir: so beta when u two are planning for marriage.

Arnav: maum dad, we are.

Khushi: ready to get married any time you all want.

Arnav looked at khushi with shocking gaze. He is hell angry that y this girl is bent to crush all her dreams and stop her career.

Annie and Ronit too are shocked as they know how passionate khushi is for her career. Akash and payal also dnt want this and they knw Arnav won't have any issues with getting married after some time but they can't say anything against elders.

Akanksha: I am so happy beta that u made this choice. I am very proud of u.

Arnav: but maum.

Khushi: maum I was thinking if if ... Ummm if

Akanksha: if u can teach me the favorite pasta of Arnavji.

Akanksha smiled at her innocence.

Akanksha: sure beta and after marriage u have to take all the responsibilities.

Khushi smiled but her smile was fake. Her eyes were crying her heart out as her dreams, her passion is being sacrificed at the time.

Arnav looked towards her angrily. He cud clearly see her glassy eyes and fake smile.

Arnav: maum dad..

Khushi: Arnav ji u left ur file in the room yeaterday. I will give it to u.

Arnav: I wud.

Khushi: come arnav ji or else I wud forget. You have to discuss about that tomorrow with ur clients.

Arnav: khushi..

But khushi dnt listened anything an just took his hands and took him to her room. As soon as they reached the room Arnav freed his hand and turned khushi.

Arnav is very angry at this time with khushi.

Arnav: what was that khushi.?

Khushi: what?

Arnav: why u agreed to marry now?

Khushi: arnav thats because I want to be urs soon.

Arnav: khushi u can't lie to me.

Khushi turned her face and not facing Arnav.

Khushi: I am not lying Arnav.

Arnav: ok thn look into my eyes and say it.

Khushi tried to move away from Arnav towards dressing mirror but Arnav was way too quick and hold her hand.

Arnav: I said khushi look into my eyes and say.

Khushi still not facing him.

Khushi: Arnav I am saying na.

Arnav:( shouted) no u r lying. Look towards me now and say it again.

Khushi is scared now with his wrath. Arnav was loud enough that even family sitting down can even hear him. It wa the first tym khushi saw Arnav so angry and he shouted at her. Tears slowly came out of her eyes.

Arnav turned khushi with jerk. She looked into his eyes and cud clearly see anger and love together. Anger bcoz she is compromising her dreams and love bcoz he care alot for her and dnt want her to do tht.

Arnav: now say what u were saying.

Khushi is all quite. She can't lie anymore. Silent tears are flowing from her eyes..

Arnav: shouted) y r u nt speaking now dammit.

This was enough for khushi to break down. She cudn't control anymore and just strted crying out loud and hugged Arnav tightly.

Khushi: I am sorry Arnav. I am really sorry. I am still not ready for the marriage. I want to continue my studies. She had her head on his chest and crying out loud.

Arnav is little calmed now after khushi finally blurted the truth. He was crying from inside seeing her tears and shoutibg at her but he knew she won't accept the truth other way.

Arnav: (lovingly) khushi....

Khushi: I am sorry Arnav. i nvr wanted to make u angry. I am sorry.

Arnav: shhh shhh baby...

Khushi: still crying...

Arnav: ( hugged her tightly) baby y dnt u let me speak down. Y u agreed to it.

Khushi: Arnav see every one is so happy with our marriage. I dnt want to hurt them.

Arnav: jaan they wnt be hurt. They wud be hurt wen they wud realize tht they crushed ur dreams.

Khushi: no Arnav plzzz dnt say like tht.

Khushi: baby I am going to talk with them now.

Khushi: no Arnav plzz no. I dnt want them to be sad just bcoz of my dreams.

Suddenly there came a voice.

Voice: it is not just ur dream. It means a lot to us all.

Arnav and khushi turnes to look their full family is standing at the door.

Akanksha: who told u that we were planning to get u married now.

Shashi: yes beta. We all know abt ur dreams and can nvr thnk of breaking them.

Arnav: maum, dad.

Khushi: Ma, papa.

Garima: and how can u even think that we wud be sad if u wud tell us tht u wnt to continue with ur studies.

Akanksha came forward and cupped khushi's face.

Akanksha: beta u r not my bahu. U r my beti( daughter). U r just like Annie to me.

Ranvir: yea beta. We want u to continue with ur career. He came and held Arnav's ear: nd y did u shout at her.

Arnav: if she wud act silly like ths ofcourse she is going to be punished by me.

Khushi: but....

Akanksha: i agree. And from me too. She too hold khushi's ear now.

Akanksha: nvr ever do like this. Our happiness is with u and ur dreams.

Khushi: maum.... I am sorry and she hugged her.

They both had a warmly mother daughter hug.

Akanksha:( whispered) dnt forget to ask sorry from Arnav too...

Khushi smiled thinking how she is guiding her at every point.

They came out of embrace and soon khushi hugged Garima and shashi too. They all went out leaving Arnav and khushi back in room.

Arnav is still upset with khushi for acting so foolish and lieing to him even and not telling him her feelings.

Khushi very well aware of this moved towards him and hugged him from back.

Khushi: I am sorry.

Arnav dnt say anything. Just put his hand over khushi's.

Khushi: I am sorry janu. I dnt want to hurt u.

Arnav turned around and looked into her eyes.

Arnav: baby i thought that we are one and we wud share our feelings, desires and wishes with each other but today u lied to me.

Khushi: Arnav...

Arnav: khushi u cud have atleast share ur feelings with me but u, u lied to me instead.

Khushi immediately hugged him tightly as to regretting her sin.

Khushi: Arnav I am sorry. I promise I wud never ever hide anythng from. U.

Arnav: promise??

Khushi: promise.

Arnav: always??

Khushi: Always...

Soon he too hugged khushi tightly...

Arnav: luv u...

Khushi: luv u too.... She moved back and kissed him on his cheeks.

Soon they moved down and the Raizada family bid farewell to gupta's and moved to their mansion. The function ended with alot of rifts and fights but also with bulding love bonds between akanksha and khushi, ronit and Annie and also the more and more stronger bond between Arshi. They are taking their relationship forward with every single passing second.
